In It For Life

Right now I am sitting outside enjoying the fantastic spring weather of a Sunday in March. I love the cold, don’t get me wrong, but I love the autumn and spring days we get, where it’s not too hot nor too cold, but just perfect. Like jeans and a tshirt weather, or (my personal favorite) jeans and tank top weather. Flip flop weather. :)

The Adjustment Bureau

Saw this movie the other night. Apart from the almost unbearable cheesy ending scene, it was a very good movie with a cool message. Makes you think about free will and WHY things happen. Definitely right up my alley. It pretty much argues the point that every little choice a person makes has an impact on them, whether they realize it or not. This impact might be big or small, but regardless of its size, it is important. The movie also tells the viewer that a person’s life is set from the very beginning, that everything does happen for a reason. In other words, there are no coincidences, but there is chance. I question how they really control for chance…. like a life is some big science experiment with all the variables set in place to not mess anything up. Huh.

Anyway, you don’t know which way you’re going to go in life without making some decisions. And of course, decisions are unavoidable no matter who you are. The trick is living with your decisions. Another good message sent by the movie.

Isn’t she the cutest damn thing?

Never really been a big Michael Jackson fan. I probably don’t even properly appreciate the King of Pop had on music. But there is one song that I’ve been listening to a LOT lately. Man In The Mirror

Decisions, decisions. If you don’t know where you’re going in life, how do you expect to get there?

A girl worth kissing is not easily kissed.

Everything looks perfect from far away.
